Please read our conditions carefully. Enrollment and payment for the tour constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you insure your vacation against cancellation or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of an accident, illness, lost baggage, etc. Pre-existing medical conditions are covered when you enroll in the Travelex Insurance Service’s insurance plan within 21 days of your initial trip deposit, as explained in their brochure/application. Roberta Kritzia, Personalized Travel or any other representative of Personalized Travel act only as agents for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation, hotels or other services and all arrangements are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under any means of transportation provided and such arrangements shall be deemed to further condition that Roberta Kritzia, Personalized Travel or any other representative of Personalized Travel shall not be, or become responsible in any way whatsoever of any loss, additional financial expenses, injury, illness or death or damage howsoever caused or arising in connection therewith or as a result of acts of God, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, thefts, strikes, or any circumstances beyond Personalized Travel’s direct control.

Personalized Travel is not involved in the arrangements or issuance of any airline ticket. We do not endorse or suggest the use of any specific travel agent or agency. Please make sure that you coordinate your own travel arrangements of the departure & arrival time with the 1 airport bus pick-up & 1 airport drop-off provided by Personalized Travel.

Furthermore, Roberta Kritzia, Personalized Travel or any other representative of Personalized Travel, reserves the right to withdraw the tour or any part of it; to make such alterations in the itinerary as seems necessary or desirable; to refuse to accept, or retain, as a member of the program, any person at any time in accordance with the ethics of good conduct and to pass on to tour members any expenditures occasioned by delays or events beyond our control.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS: Participants are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the purveyors of services, including airlines and hotels used in the itinerary. Cancellations received between 91-120 days of departure will be assessed a penalty equal to 15% of the total program cost per person. Cancellation received within 90 days of departure is subject to 100% cancellation penalties. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. No refunds will be made for any part of this program in which you chose not to participate. DEVIATIONS made by any participant, of transportation, meals and/or hotels, will be at the cost of that individual participant.

DEPOSITS are Non-refundable but can be transferred to other Personalized Travel’s Tours or may be used by an alter-nate person, but changes must be requested in writing no later than 90 days prior to departure.

NOT INCLUDED: Airfare, some lunches & dinners, beverages & personal items. Price is based on a minimum of 15 participants.

Tour members requesting a roommate assigned by Personalized Travel must read and agree to the following conditions:
DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: For those traveling alone but prefer to share with another, we will endeavor to work out congenial room arrangements. If impossible, and if a single room must be assigned due to the roommate’s canceling or incompatibility, or for any other reason, even if at the last moment or while on tour, the single room supplement or pro-rate thereof must be collected from the participant.

Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. All prices on the land package have been calculated on the basis of the dollar exchange rate effective August, 2009. If the exchange rate increases, a price adjustment will be made.

The undersigned has read the brochure for this tour, as well as the General Information & “Terms and Conditions” of the Reservation Form and recognizes and accepts any risks thereof and the conditions set forth therein, including the refund policy.

Personalized Travel will try to do their best to accommodate vegetarians, if the participant has notified Personalized Travel at the time of their registration. However, we cannot guarantee a strict vegetarian menu in Italy.

As a condition of acceptance of any application, each applicant must agree to and sign the statement set forth below:
The undersigned has read the brochure for this tour and accepts the risks thereof. The undersigned also understands and agrees on behalf of himself/herself, dependents, heirs, executors, administrators or assignees, to abide by the conditions set forth under “DISCLAIMER” section above, and to release and hold harmless Roberta Kritzia, Personalized Travel or any other representative of Personalized Travel, and the United States of America and any of their officers, agents, licensees or representatives from any and all liability for delays, injuries, illness or death, or for the loss of or to his/her property, however occurring during any portion of, or in relation to Personalized Travel’s trips in 2010.
